September 10th Playbook

The Pennsylvania Democratic Party held its Fall Meetings in Harrisburg this weekend, while Sabato moves PA8 from Likely Democratic to Leans Democratic. Here is the Playbook.

PA8: Sabato Moves Race from Likely Democratic to Leans Democratic: The election analyst describes Chrin as a credible self-funder.

Roll Call: Casey and Rothfus Land on 10 Most Vulnerable Incumbents List: Both races currently favor the Democrats.  

September 7th Ups & Downs: A slew of 1st ads are released for Democratic candidates this week, Sabato’s Crystal Ball changes a rating in a PA Congressional race, and the NRCC backs out of one TV market for September, and more are in this week’s Ups and Downs.
